I wanted to drop out of the 11th standard and join Anupam Kher’s acting academy Actor Prepares, situated in Ahmedabad.
So I asked my teachers to let me meet my father as I was at the hostel. When I met him, he said, “Please, somehow just manage to pass 12th standard.” I did argue for a while but he was firm.
I wasn't happy at all because he didn't let me chase my dreams. But when I look back at that situation today, I realise that whatever he did was absolutely right. I wouldn't even be a 12th Pass if I had dropped out that year.
When we are teenagers we feel that we are the king of the world and we know everything, so we avoid the precious advice of mature people.
Never ever do that. Never take their understanding of life lightly.
A teenager's mind can easily be manipulated by advertisements, social media posts, motivational speakers and inspiring stories. But those things are far from reality. So, stay careful.
Before you take any decision, make sure that you have given it enough thought. You should be logical about your steps.

I'm not demotivating you from taking risks, I'm just asking you to be careful.
