How To Be Happy Alone?

People who never had sex and are virgins think that sex on a regular basis will make them really happy. People who have been single their whole life feel that getting into a relationship will make them happy.


People who live in huts imagine that living in a luxurious house will make them happy. People who own cheap phones assume that owning costlier smartphones will make them happy.


People who are unknown fantasize that fame will bring a lot of happiness. People who are poor wish to become filthy rich to gain happiness.


Everything mentioned above may bring happiness for a while. But, they are very much similar to drugs.

Just like drugs, they also bring temporary solutions. Their positive impact isn't everlasting.


In fact, anything external that brings happiness is not less than any kind of drug.


If you aren't happy being single, there are chances that you might end up making your partner unhappy too. If you are unhappy in your current house, a villa may also not bring happiness.


If you looking for happiness in sex, money, wealth, people, a job, a luxurious house or the costliest products, you are searching at a very wrong place.


Happiness isn't hidden anywhere deep, within all of these. Happiness doesn't even sell anywhere for $100/kg.


So, where is the happiness?


To be honest, if only doing something can make you happy, your life is definitely going to be miserable one day.


If you are feeling happy only and only after an activity or after owning a product, there will be a day when you will feel very sad and nothing will be able to make you happy.


Happiness is buried deep within you. Stop looking for it somewhere else. You should not look for any reason to be happy. You should just be happy.


Happiness is simply a situation where you are either content with whatever you have or you are optimistic about tomorrow. Happiness is simply a situation where you are always grateful for the life you are living or striving to make it better without getting agitated.


Happiness is that state of your mind where no external factor can make you worried, sad or frustrated. Happiness is a habit. And once you develop that habit, your life will drastically change.


You will always find yourself happy without any reason. Even sitting idle will make you happy. You will look at everything differently. Your perspective will change. You will be more kind to others since your mind is in a good state. You will be a better person.
